Agenda statement from President
Live meeting will start at Noon promptly, You may watch via Zoom, but are not allowed to vote until Agenda Item #1 is passed. Currently our bylaws only allow electronic meetings at our regular quarterly meetings and any special meeting. We are requesting to amend the bylaws to allow electronic meetings at our annual meetings. Here is where you will find the video link, https://westernbca.org/may-5th-2024-annual-meeting/. It will be available on May 5th. In the event Agenda item # 1 fails, you will not be able to vote, but you can watch and add to discussion. We believe it will pass easily, but it is up to you the voting members.
Meeting Etiquette
- Be courteous and respectful at all times.
- Speakers will be given time limits and topics will have limits.
- Be concise and to the point when asking any questions you may have.
- Rude and disruptive behavior may result in your removal from the meeting, regardless of in person or electronic.
- Do not interrupt other speakers.
- Follow instructions from the meeting chair.

Please plan to attend and please encourage your Players, Player Reps and Members at Large to also attend the meeting.
