2020 Annual Meeting

The meeting takes place at Noon on Sunday, May 3rd, 2020 and will be held via Zoom video Conference. Agenda items are as follows:

  1. Motion to amend bylaws to allow elections until the Annual meeting can be re-scheduled. June 7th 2020 at the Wildhorse Casino is our next targeted date for Annual meeting.
  2. Discussion of Eligibility for events for players whose league was interrupted by COVID 19
  3. Future items for Discussion ONLY.  We will vote on these in June.
    1. Sam Rabito – Bylaws changes (See attached)
    2. Ed Slade – Open SD proposal

If you are interested in running for a volunteer position in WBCA leadership, then please email your resume to secretary@westernbca.org at least 21 days prior to the meeting. All Western BCA members may attend, but only voting members are allowed to vote.
