Please note, there is one significant change  that will impact this tournament:

Women's teams will now be 4 player teams.

Women's Master teams can be formed region-wise as before. Women's Open teams must meet the two core player requirement, that is, a minimum of two players must have qualified in the same league and played together on the same team at least 8 calendar weeks in a scheduled league session. If your league is small or you have few women players, you may request an exemption from the two core player requirement by submitting an exemption request as soon as you know you will have a problem meeting this requirement. This form will be available here and on the downloads page in the near future.
