This agenda item is a MOTION to be placed before the Membership at the next regularly scheduled Membership meeting.
It will be placed under New Business. I understand that the Membership will do its best to attend to this item at the meeting.
However, if it is unable to, it will place it on the following meeting's agenda as Unfinished Business.
This agenda item is for referral TO COMMITTEE and is in the form of a report only. I understand that it will be distributed but
not discussed at the next regularly scheduled Membership meeting and will be referred to committee for further review.

If your item requires action on the part of the Membership, you will need to state it in the form of a motion. For example, if you want
Western BCA to provide a party at a regional tournament, you might state, " Motion: Western BCA will provide a party on Friday night from 7:30 pm
to 9:00 pm at the upcoming 8-Ball Regional Tournament for players and their guests." Please note that your exact wording is what will be voted on.
